This is a compilation of some of my favorite apps, specifically apps for crafters, DIY enthusiast, crocheters, and hobbyist!

free-apps

Some are known to many, many people, but I will still add them to the list, because, well, you never know, it might me new to someone, better not to assume.

To download these apps, just do a search on the appstore or google play to find them. But just in case, I’m adding a link to each one. Where it says, available, click either “iphone” or “android” to get to page.

Another great app for all kind of crafters. You can access coupons, discounts and other features related to the products they offer, but my favorite part is their projects, patterns and tutorials.

Hobby Lobby

The hobby lobby app also gives you discounts and coupons, helps you locate the closest store, and you can check the balance on gift cards. Great way to save on their products, and you don’t need to clip coupons, because you can use them from your phone!

wikiHow

Many tutorials, illustrated or with photos, step by step. Need to learn how to do something? wikiHow probably has a tutorial for it.

Knitting Counter

counter

Counter designed for knitters to keep track of knitting work in multiple projects. And although is designed for knitting, that doesn’t stop you from using it on crochet projects too..
I use this app with every knitting or crochet project. Keeping track of rows is hard, this app is so helpful for forgetful minds like mine.

Stop guessing, this app is a walk-through reference guide to help you figure out how much thread it takes to quilt a quilt.
